I still think Fed has enormous influence on bond markets. Earlier it influenced them by reducing interest rates and buying treasury bonds at the same time . This time , it is only reducing interest rates but not buying/significantly reducing its balance sheet thereby resulting in increased bond yields. It is still exerting significant influence but this time by not participating.

Chamath, love the 2 sides of scaling (energy and compute). I mentioned the same to a friend this week.

Exciting to see the scramble for energy kick off in the US. Nat gas powered data centers are coming fast.

Would love to see hardtech and manufacturing investments that align w/ emergency production of Anduril’s aquatic drones.
